• Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds.
Once our system shows that you have downloaded your sound files then the sale is deemed final and no refund will be possible. However, when genuine mistakes have been made i.e. duplicate purchases and billing errors, we will be happy to refund you.

• Delivery Policy

All our products in our library are digital downloads which means that files will be available for download within seconds of completing the purchase. An email notification containing your download keys will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. The download keys will remain active on the site for 24hrs from the purchase time. However, it is recommended that you download, backup and burn your files to disk as soon as the keys become available.

If you are having trouble downloading, please contact us and we will do our best to get your files to you as soon as possible.

All music and sound effects from our libraries must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of our License agreement
